Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns based solely on personal preference, fragrance expectations, or change of mind may not always be accepted.

- Preference changes after delivery
Exceptions may be considered at our discretion for unopened and unused products.

10. Failed Delivery, Refused Orders, and Unreceived Packages
Customers are responsible for accepting deliveries within the agreed delivery timeframe and providing accurate delivery information.
If an order is returned due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Customer being unavailable
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Refusal to accept the package
- Failure to respond to delivery attempts
- Failure to collect the package from the courier
the customer may be responsible for charges including:
- Original delivery fee
- Return shipping fee
- Packaging and handling fee
- Additional courier or processing charges where applicable
For prepaid or partially prepaid orders:
- Refunds will only be processed after deducting applicable delivery, return, packaging, transaction, and handling fees.
- If the prepaid amount does not fully cover these charges, the customer may be required to pay the remaining balance before any future orders or services are processed.
- If there is any remaining refundable balance after deductions, the remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another approved method.
Lagaidim Store reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries or refused packages.
